I'd suggest setting up the device on a table and make sure basic functions before installation.

Frequently Asked Question(Read Firstly):

Lock Force is not enough and need get MAXIMUM Force , reason is: Armature Plate installed too tight; recommend loosen the Armature Plate screws a little so that the plate can swing a little, check from chapter 2 of this link: https://beseencontrol.com/maglock.html
Use what wire for the connection? Normally use cat-6e 24awg cable is ok for this system wire.

The Remote Receiver is already built inside power supply unit, and we did code pair before the shipping. So just follow above, power on and can use directly, VERY EASY.

If press: # 123456 #, If the keypad has 2or 3 continue beeps, means the program password is not 123456,

And if you don't remember the correct one, need to do reset, follow below:

step1: turn off the keypad( can dis-connect it's black wire)

step2: connect the keypad OPEN(yellow wire) and GND(black wire) these two wires together

step3: Then Yellow/Black wire together to GND of power unit, power on the keypad,can hear 3 long beeps,keypad LED red/green flashing

step4: turn off the keypad, disconnect the OPEN(yellow wire) and GND(black wire)

and black wire still connect to GND of power unit.

step5: turn on the keypad, the master password reset to 123456 successfully。

4. If press the remote, the lock is not open, need to check:

Do you stand too far away from the power supply unit? the remote receiver module is built in power unit, so suggest installing the power unit near to the door/lock.
