1. Firstly, forget the software, just check the hardware manual: "hardware Manual .pdf" , study how to register finger, then punch your finger, the device should recognize it.
2. Very important, how to punch finger correctly, check below tips. Especially when you punch finger, the device has no reaction.
Firstly, before you punch, please be sure that the finger sensor is on.
For a fingerprint device, there is need a correct way to punch, including:
- punch a little harder strength
- punch a little long time
- Touch the forehead to increase oily level of the finger.
- Make you finger dry and clean
3. Check the manual file: USBDownloadData.doc, to learn how to download time records data by software. (USB connection)
4. Check manual "Software User Manual.pdf" for how to get time reports.
