Step 1:

Hooking the controller directly to a computer with no vlan tagging, then do search and find it.

Step 2:

Set the correct IP address( based on your network / vLan environment). As below, in the search result window, set correct IP, mask and gateway.

Step 3: If you have multiple control board, Repeat above step to search and add in the software one by one.

Step 4: Connect the board to router, then in the software, edit each controller by choosing Medium to Large Network and filling in the configured IP address. As below pictures:
