If have communicaton problem (More to Try/Check)
1. Temporarily, Disable your computer Firewall, close anti-virus software. So that the firewall or the anti-virus software doesn’t block the communication.
2.release and renew the IP address on the laptop
Open the Command Window, then:
then run below command:
3.If still not working, try below:
- network cable connected to laptop
- then power off laptop( shut down)
- then start laptop windows system( power on)
- after 2-3 minutes
- then search again in software
